SportTechie: Saints’ Davis Looks To Close Tech Gap In Schools

First-team All-Pro linebacker Demario Davis of the Saints and his wife Tamela have committed to “clos[ing] the resource and technology gap that exists in underserved communities,” according to Joe Lemire’s piece in SportTechie.

“If we can give the same opportunities to the kids in these urban neighborhoods that exist in these suburban neighborhoods,” added Davis, “if we can give them the same resources and the same technology or close to it, then we will be able to see something that’s a little more equitable along the way.”
